About On Deck
Built by a baseball family
On Deck was started by Michael and Kristena Rivera, two baseball parents in the Temecula Valley, with a simple idea: take the technology inside today's top training facilities and bring it to the people, wherever they're celebrating. After a lot of late nights and equipment testing, they opened for bookings in 2026.
Now On Deck is expanding into new territories, each one locally owned and run, so more communities can step into the box.
