Our names are Michael and Kristena Rivera, and we have been facing life’s challenges together since 2012. We have built a life filled with love, laughter, and resilience, and are blessed with three wonderful terrors… we mean children: Kaiden, McKenna, and Lily, who are at the heart of everything we do.

Michael proudly served his country as a United States Marine Corps Military Police Officer from 2011 to 2016. His time in the Marines shaped him with discipline, courage, and an unwavering commitment to protecting others. After completing his service, he continued his calling to serve and now works as a first responder in California, dedicating his career to keeping his community safe.
Passion for Education
Kristena has followed her passion for learning and education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business and Education, along with an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, from Liberty University. Her dedication to education reflects not only her personal growth but also her heart for children and family.
